Joint Stock insurance company “Sterkh” is one of the biggest insurance companies in the Far East of Russia. Share capital is 120 million roubles. Insurance company “Sterkh” was founded in March, 2005. For the purpose of insurance company’s establishing was to integrate insurance activity in the Republic Sakha (Yakutia) and giving national prority .
Joint Stock RSK “Sterkh” is registered in the Federal Fiscal inspection in Yakutsk on the 4th of May, 2005. Our company has license for insurance activities on the 20 kinds of insurance and license for re-insurance activity. (License 3983 11/10/2005).
Our founders are Ministry of property relations of the Republic Sakha (Yakutia) (50%+1 share) and leading enterprises: Joint-Stock State medical insurance company “Sakhamedstrakh”, Holding company “Yakutugol”, Joint- Stock company “Railways of Yakutia”, “Almazy Anabara”, “Sakhatelecom”, “Sakhatransneftegaz”, “Sakhaneftegazsbyt”, “Nyzhne-Lenskoe, Joint-Stock Commercial Bank “Almazergenbank”, Financial Agroindustrial companies “Yakutia, “Tuymaada”, “Tuymaada-neft” Joint-Stock oil company, State Unitary Enterprise “The committee for precious metals and gem stones of the Republic Sakha (Yakutia), State Unitary Enterprise “Stroyselgazifikatsiya”.
Our company is headed by general director Berezin Semen Maksimovich. He is a Deputy of the State Meeting (Il Tumen) of the Republic Sakha (Yakutia), Ph.D. in Economics.
One of the main activities of RSK “Sterkh” is re-insurance activity. It provides more effective protection for its clients, insurance portfolio’s balance and also financial stability.
Re-insurance protection is accomplished on the obligatory and optional bases which allowes to take compound risks and shortly accommodate it to the insurance market.
